CHILDCARE SERVICES

 

At Foundations Physical Therapy, we value your commitment to your family and your health. We are happy to provide complimentary childcare during your appointments. Our childcare hours are:

​

Monday & Wednesday:   7:00am-1:00pm

Tuesday & Thursday:      12:00pm to 6:00pm 

Friday:                              7:00am to 1:00pm 

​

Let our staff know of your childcare needs and we will work with you to schedule an appointment during these hours.
